ABOUT

No therapist? No problem.

I'm not a therapist. Or a detective.

I'm an actor and writer, helping you solve the crimes you are committing against yourself so you can be the star of your own movie called your life.

I worked in tech, coffee and e-commerce for over 10 years before finding the courage to pursue acting, writing and filmmaking in Los Angeles.

I had a therapist. I've gone through several. Much like dating, it's hard to find a good fit and it can be expensive.

I already know most of what's wrong with me, I just need to solve it!

My goal is to turn this into a series one day to help as many people as possible be the version of themselves they have always dreamed of.

Readers are cracking their own cases:

"The 'half-assed results' video made me pause and rewatch it four times. I sent it to my partner. Then my sister. Then my therapist."

Daniel W., subscriber

"I came for the money content and stayed because I realized every video was actually about me. The overcommitment one broke something open."

Marcus T., YouTube & Newsletter subscriber

"It's not therapy and it's not self-help. It's like having a detective explain your own behavior to you — and somehow that's exactly what I needed."

Priya R. subscriber and inaugural class of Money Trauma Book Club

The Money Trauma Book Club goes deeper into the psychology of money, self-worth, and financial behaviour. It's the specialist unit inside the broader department.

The first cohort starts in May 2026 and is free.

You'll receive weekly guided questions and won't be asked to share unless you like.
